Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Short Season

**Registration Fee Refunds** - Full refunds will be issued if a participant withdraws before the start of the season. - A partial refund may be granted if withdrawal occurs after the start of the season. - Refunds will not be given for missed practices or games. - Requests for refunds due to medical reasons must be accompanied by a doctor's note or other appropriate documentation. **Processing Time** - Refunds will be processed within 2 weeks of receiving a complete refund request and any required documentation. **Administrative Fees** - A non-refundable administrative fee of $15 may be deducted from all refunds. **Refund Method** - Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. **Cancellation of Programs** - In the event that a program is canceled by the organization, full refunds will be issued to all registered participants. **Appeals** - Requests for exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to approval by the organization.
